Returns and Refund Policy

At Artists Beyond Reach, many of our products are made-to-order or custom printed. For this reason, we do not accept general returns. However, we do offer refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • the item arrived damaged,
  • the item is defective,
  • you received the wrong item.


Time Limit

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Proof Required

To help us review your request, you must provide:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the item,
  • clear photos of the packaging if relevant,
  • a description of the issue.

We may request additional information if needed.

How Refunds Are Handled

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund only. We do not offer exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or wrong:

  • custom prints,
  • made-to-order products,
  • limited edition items,
  • auction items,
  • framed products,
  • sale items,
  • any other item clearly marked as final sale.


Damage After Delivery

We may reject refund claims where:

  • the item was damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, handling, or storage,
  • the item was received in good condition and later damaged by the customer,
  • the claim is made after the 14-day period.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion in an approved refund case.

Missing or Wrong Item Claims

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a refund.
